Service requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Charms Tools Landscaping will confirm scheduling, scope, and pricing before service when additional review is needed.

Property access

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the service area and accurate information about gates, pets, hazards, utilities, and other conditions that may affect the work.

Pricing and payment

Displayed estimates are based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if site conditions or requested work differ materially. Payment terms will be communicated with the confirmed service.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances may require Charms Tools Landscaping to adjust an appointment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
