Charms Tools Landscaping uses customer information only to schedule, deliver, document, and support landscaping services.

When you request service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, contact preference, property details, gate instructions, pet information, selected services, appointment details, and special instructions. Authorized crew members or administrators may upload before-and-after job photos.

- Schedule, confirm, and complete requested services.
- Contact you about appointments, service changes, and support.
- Assign work to authorized crew members and maintain service records.
- Protect the service, investigate errors, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized crew members and service providers only as needed to operate the business, host the application, send communications, or comply with law.
Photos and device access
The app requests camera or photo-library access only when an authorized user chooses to attach a job photo. Selected photos are used for service documentation and, only when explicitly chosen, the public project gallery.
Retention and security
We retain service records for business, support, and legal needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your customer information by contacting us. Certain records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Children
This service is intended for adults arranging property services and is not directed to children under 13.
